The spreadsheet overview could need some updating if the author has time.
-
Anyone know who updates the spreadsheet? It is nice to have an overview, especially when it is up-to-date.

@luxe Right, thanks. I see the user has been absent for a while. Hope he is OK!

How can one be sure, that the assets price is not inflated by the managers, that have most of the shares, and can sell them chunk by chunk at a higher price each time ?
-
@CoinBuster A good king listens to his subjects. A good asset manager hears the thoughts of the shareholders. Study the asset first and who issues them. Study its mathematics. Is it viable? Is it fair? Is the asset issuer doesn't lose profit of his claims that will surely put an asset in its demise in the long run?
In accordance with your question, asset issuers who listen to shareholders' concerns, especially the price of the asset, is an asset worth checking out.
-
@jervis Thanks xD. I read that there is some scammers here that create an assets and steeling other people money (I guess). Can't the developers find a way to protect investors ? Maybe decentralized account for holding the money or shares ?
-
@CoinBuster
If I can make 1 Burst a day per 1000 Burst I got in my wallet. Having them in another person's wallet would be stupid.
This is also how the real world works. Some investments are risky, while other are safer. Do your own research and don't invest in assets appearing out of no-where.

@luxe All useful information. Is there any way of seeing what Dividends have been paid by Assets to give an idea of return on investment / Yield over time?
Rich

@RichBC Yep, as long as dividends are payed by the asset accountId it would be possible, as all payments are in the blockchain and could be analyzed. But currently i know no program/website doing that. Surely that should be done in the future. Same for pool payouts ... e.g. calculate if fees paid are accurate.

@RichBC Just had me an idea for that, create a new wallet and with it buy 1 share of every asset with it, any dividends will be the exact ROI in the transactions, dump to excel and sort.

@iKnow0 @RichBC @luxe
IS there a way to have the sells and buys of the assets you own and even the crowd funds you support more organized? Like they go into an individual section rather than lumped together needing to sort through them.
