  • @hard8guy Go to C:\Burst\plots and delete two files:

    • 5865669091424121973_300000001_3275008_2816
    • 5865669091424121973_300000001_3277568_3776

They are 0GBs files, the plotter closed when it tried to create them. If you have not enough found, claim from a faucet, some example:

Also how many disk space would you like to plot?

  • As @Dario-s-wallet said, receive some burst from the faucet but also send one burst out of the wallet. It doesn't matter who. The wallet needs to have a received and sent transaction.

  • @Dario's-wallet , Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to help me out, I seriously appreciate it.

Or you can just name your wallet on the upper left. NO NAME. Change it to something you like. It costs 1 burst. 🙂 Hence, you will be sending out burst.

@hard8guy The messages in red mean you have two files that are 0 bytes in size - delete them.

The "cannot assign ...." message means you've tried to do the reward assignment twice with in the last four blocks - just wait for the first one to complete

  • Yeah, that confirmation thing is a pretty big deal within the system. It is different than other coins and while you may be able to mine before the 4 confirmations, it can mess things up. Also, check your wallet online and see that the same confirmations and TX's appear both online and in your local wallet. Many times, you have not yet sent the TX's to the actuall chain and your local wallet shows something different than your actual account.

    1. Do your reward assignment.

    2. Wait for the 4 confirmations, you can watch this in either the local or online wallet.

    3. If you have been watching the local wallet go to Burst Online Walllet and make sure that the 4 confirmations show there too. If not, make sure that your local wallet has completely synced. If confused and not seeing a downloading message check the far left box on the wallet dashboard and look at the top most entry finding the block number, say its 276000. Then, compare that to the same place online, if the online list has a top entry with a higher number, then you have not fully synced. So, online says 276010, you are still 10 blocks behind, it says 276000, you are perfect.

    4. All is good? Then start ,mining.
