Havent received a payment in a pool

Forgive me im a newbie still learning Im mining in http://pool.burstmining.club/ its been 34 hrs and i havent received a payment im assuming im doing everything right im finding alot of deadlines i dont want to continue my time mining if i did something wrong i did notice in my dashboard in transactions and under unconfirmed transaction i have a lot not sure if it applies to me need help
