How Many to plot Drive

How many hours does it take to plot 1tb , having been trying to plot my Drive for the past 3hour hour the percentage is still Zero.

@phemytrend Please check that your HDD is formatted as NTFS not FAT32.
FAT32 only allows files up to 4 GB ... that would be 0%.1 TB takes with CPU plotter roughly a day.

@phemytrend Be careful with formatting - it will delete all your data on your HDD. Make a backup first if you have other files there!

@daWallet, One more thing, can i use plot Optimizer software to plot drive?

@CesBurst1782 it took my 4 TB 2 days. It depends on your RAM. I have a low ram so that's why.

@jervis That's on top of 2 days of plotting 4TB and another 2 days of optimizing 4TB? All in All it will take you 4 days for 4TB Drive ready for mining?! Would you advice to optimize if your getting a read around 60 seconds or lower? How much is your read time for optimized 4TB drive? Are you connected USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 or your using Internal Hard Drive? Sorry for so many questions... I just want to get an idea how important optimizing a Hard Drive?!

@CesBurst1782 I optimize a drive only because it reads more than 60 seconds. other drives i have i dont optimize. It's a USB 2.0 drive that i optimized.
I got it now under 30 seconds read time.
