c-cex hasnt sent my burst to my wallet?

ok its been 3 days i bought 13000 burstcoins as a precaution i sent 10 burstcoins to my burstwallet and havent received anything im glad i only sent 10 smh has anyone had the same problem with this exchange or am i just puting my address wrong BURST-JB7Z-DZV8-RRVA-CJXZJ should i be removing the burst and just put JB7Z-DZV8-RRVA-CJXZJ as the address ? id appreciate the feedback

@dwightsoto85 sometimes you need to reclick the confirmation email that they sent you. It happened to me more than twice already. All i needed is to click the confirmation email again.

Check spam folders too for the confirmation email might be directed there. In case you still haven't received your Bursts then ask support they are willing to help. They are very accommodating actually.
