Burst wallet problem still

I have got always this message when i want to send bursts to poloniex : The recipient account is an unknown account, meaning it has never had an incoming or outgoing transaction.
I understand what it means, but i don't know why?

If you are copy/pasting, check for spaces at the front or end of the burst id.
