Problem switching pools.

So I'm trying to change the reward assignment but every time I click the button it keeps giving me a "no disk" error. It has done this since I started using the software but I've always just went into the explorer to open miner because it gives me the same error when I click start mining. Miner seems to work fine though, all I need to know is the URL I can use to change it without having to use the menu. I've found it before but now that I need it, cant seem to. Please help.

Have you downloaded the local Burst Client wallet? I had the online wallet, but it didn't have the "Start Mining" bottom to change the pools. Therefore, I downloaded the local wallet which makes much easier to change pools.
