Can I change cores dedicated without having to replot?

Yesterday I dedicated 500GB of space and all of my cores to BURST mining.
Today I noticed my computer is a lot slower.
Is that because of the decrease in space or because I dedicated all of my cores?
Either way, can I decrease the space/cores dedicated without having to replot because that plotting thing took a LONG time?
@T1222 Open task manager, and change the plotter priority to Low.
@T1222 and you can change the affinity of the process in details. You can decrease the number of cores there.
