What I've did wrong? Overlap

  • Guys, I'm still plotting 8TB more but when I tested with the jminer to add the drive (because I've already did that with other drives while plotting) it says:
    2017-01-30 23:51:01.125 ERROR 4204 --- [ readerPool-5] burstcoin.jminer.core.reader.Reader :
Error: ReaderPartLoadedEvent for unknown chunkPartStartNonce: '0'! Please check for plot-file duplicate or overlapping plots e.g. use https://bchain.info/BURST/tools/overlap

I tried the tool and it says that everything is Ok. What I've found is that two of my plots have the same 0 in the middle :

    9789164658098884194_0_30522240_30522240
    9789164658098884194_0_30521728_30521728

    I'm plotting with xplotter...the bad news is that I'm already at ~ 73 % (which is 1 week of plotting.... :( )

    Any advice?

    Thanks guys.

    EDIT:

    The other plots are :

  • @SmartonoseN the 0 in the middle is the starting nonce for the plot, so the second plot is duplicating the nonces of the first. seems that the easiest way to avoid this would be start the second plot where the first one ends. the end nonce is the number of nonces (the third number) plus the starting nonce, so in this case 30522240 + 0.

  • @damncourier So basically I should format it and start again ...or?

  • @SmartonoseN not clear as to your progress in plotting, but one of the plots should be redone. which one is completed?

  • I'm plotting the second one. Currently at 74%.

  • @SmartonoseN was afraid of that. sorry to be bearer of bad news. but that is best advice i got.

  • Problem solved - replotting.... at least I learned how to do it right :) Thanks man.
