You have to write a script for such case, has nothing to do with smart contracts.

smart contracts are primarily written in machine code/assembly. thanks @luxe for them links. i was looking for an ATChecker/Assembler. ive just followed that guy on github so i have the links for future reference.

Written in scii? Hmm I have a project I want to start on. I'll need to build reserves first though.
@Lexicon could you be as so kind to share what info you got? I'm going to dust off the old books tonight and take a refresher.
I'm hoping to bring something to this community, as it grows.
