Intel nuc i3 enhancement to mine / rig from scratch ?

I currently have a nuc i3 with 2 x 4Go DDR 3 1600Mhz
I wish to enhance it with hdd to start mining.
I'd like to go up to 80To (certainly 10 x 8To).
I'm not sure how to go for it. Should i buy internal HDD with docks or big stations like 4/5bays ?
I'm very unsure about my nuc capacity to plot that much To.
Is it possible to plot hdd on another PC then plug it into my nuc ?
Is it a good choice to start mining from the current nuc, or should i start a mining rig from scratch ?
Thanks in advance for your advices.

@zapcost Yes, You can plot using another computer. I would suggest using a powered USB HUB I listed 2 below that I would recommend if you go on the NUC route, myself I built a dedicated rig just for my mining and other crypto shenanigans.

Better to get a higher processing power pc, just my idea, otherwise you will miss the deadline while reading all TB with 100% cpu at 1.6GHz
