I'm getting this error whenever i'm trying to assign reward for pool.burstcoin.eu, or any other pool for that matter.
I'm using Burst Client for win v. 0.3.9.
I can both send and recieve burst currency, and the local wallet is up and running.
Any tips?

@Shortarms Hi, first of all you should update the win client to the latest version: http://sourceforge.net/projects/burstwindowswallet/
You can change your reward assignment also here:
https://wallet.burst-team.us:8127/rewardassignmentshort.html
or here:
http://127.0.0.1:8125/rewardassignmentshort.html
Good luck.

@Shortarms can you tell your address or ID?

@haitch ?

@Shortarms You need to wait four blocks after doing the reward assignment. I don't see it on the blockchain yet, but current block has been running for 5 minutes, so you probably submitted it after this block started. Just leave your miner running and it should start submitting DL in 4 rounds, which is approx 16 minutes
-
@haitch Nono, my miner is not running. If i run my miner it tells me i need to set my reward assignment.
When i set my reward assignement i get error: "{"errorCode":5,"errorDescription":"Unknown account"}"

@Shortarms You're entering your passphrase incorrectly then. Your account BURST-JLF2-BHQ4-RJCC-A4Y8V shows as valid, so it's a known account. The passphrase you're trying to set the reward with is slightly different in some way - you have a leading or training space, or a line break.
-
@haitch It's a direct copy from "Burst Client's load wallet" and is working fine signing in on my account.
-
@Shortarms Use the copy to sign into https://wallet.burst-team.us , verify that it's the same account you're using: BURST-JLF2-BHQ4-RJCC-A4Y8V
-
@haitch Yes, logged in just fine.
Account: BURST-JLF2-BHQ4-RJCC-A4Y8V
-
@Shortarms okay, goto https://wallet.burst-team.us:8127/rewardassignmentshort.html and enter your pass phrase and the address of the pool your joinging. Post a screenshot prior to submitting, and after you submit.

I would get that which means your database is corrupt or on its way to be. What is the file size of file burst.mv.db should be around 4,858,180 kb (1.2.7 wallet) 1.2.8 wallet its 5,181,624 kb

So. I guess it's just broken.

@Shortarms I'm assuming that burst id BURST-JLF2-BHQ4-RJCC-A4Y8V is what you used to plot your drive with correct?
Instead of pasting directly from the "Burst Client's load wallet", instead paste into a notepad and check if there are any leading or training spaces. I know if my sound silly but check anyways.
Also the id in https://i.imgur.com/NS7DvWN.png is different from A4Y8V. Are you trying to use two different burst id's?

Shouldn't the address to be entered in the Recipient field be: BURST-32TT-TSAC-HTKW-CC26C
