I download java from here with no issues:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.htmlMaybe uninstall yours and try again from there.
-
@luxe I have tried this and when I run run_java_autodetect it still gives me the same message?
-
You can try this:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-the-java_home-variable-in-windows-8895.html
But that is normally not needed, i do not know, sry.
-
@luxe Still doesn't work, I guess I'm just going to keep using the online wallet for now lol.
-
try 'win' + 'R', enter 'cmd' and hit 'enter'.
execute:
java -version
is java unknown?
-
@luxe It shows me the information on it.

So java is not your problem, it is installed correctly.
-
@luxe What do you think it could be then? I have tried restarting my PC and the burst client but it's still saying my local wallet hasn't started yet?
-
Sry no idea, try to go to '../burst-1.2.4' folder and double click 'run.bat' ...
-
@luxe There isn't even a run.bat in my burst dl folder?
-
-
@luxe https://gyazo.com/8ca9b1ed8815f78e194d664d9007495c
I have ran "run" which comes up with a cmd screen for a split second and the run_java_autodetect is saying it can't find the files.
-
Hmpf, i'm not into that win client structure so much ... so you can always run the core wallet, https://github.com/burst-team/burstcoin/releases ... download, extract, click run.bat ... than you should be able to access http://localhost:8125
-
@xbrandonpsx
edit "run.bat" and write:stop
in a new last line. Then the cmd won't close itself after the error.
Click on run.bat an tell us what you see.
-
@daWallet It said path not found, but I have reinstalled the burst wallet as a whole and it has since fixed it.
-
@xbrandonpsx The Burst Wallet or the Burst Client?
-
@daWallet Sorry lol, meant the burst client.
-
@xbrandonpsx From that screen shot, java is being found, but the Burst.jar file isn't. Try reinstalling the Burst AIO client.

I was having the same problem with the AIO wallet it would not run the java for the local wallet. So i downloaded the core wallet and copied and pasted the files in to the AIO wallet folder and let it replace the files and now the AIO wallet will do the local for me.
I hope this helps anyone else who is having problems with AIO wallet not loading the local wallet and seeing the can take up to ten minutes to start screen
