wallet not valid - can't receive burst in my account

Each time I try to withdraw Burst from my Bittrex account I keep getting the message Invalid Burst address.
My Burst wallet is: BURST-S6L9-XJ9G-YUHA-7BX6N
After reading some pages i understood that i have to activate my wallet using facets. Tried all facets that are showed in my wallet:
1st doesn't have funds
2nd doesn't working
3rd have funds but is showing this message "This faucet is only for new user of Burst. It is not possible to claim several times."
How can i make this working ?

Sent you a couple, give your account a name (click on No Name Set), and that will generate an outgoing transaction and make your account known.

@kev321 Yes, you won't see the coins until the block containing the transaction is downloaded.

anyone help me 3 burstcoin, i can not resignment because I can't collet coin from faucet.
I try to deposit my burst wallet from Bittrex.com but it was invalided wallet when i tried to withdraw, too.

Someone please send me a few also having the same problem and there doesn't seem to be any other way besides being sent a couple of burst? You would think the bittrex withdrawal burst address would work too..
