Link you posted to the original link got me 99% of the way (29th June 2017)...still had to download up to date, which it then stalled on. I had the wallet open on: local host 8125.... I decided to close it and then reopen it, now that doesn't work. So tried to rerun run.bat (stopped it first) and then clicked on the Burst internet shortcut. Nothing happens. I am by no means a techie person but I really don't know why Burst have made this process so difficult. I have had no problems with any other wallet ever. The .exe application now freezes when I click on "Local Wallet". I'm going mad
