What is the mathematic equation to discover a DL?

Hey there, as the title of the thread says, what is the mathematic equation that is made to discover what the DL of a nonce is?
Let's say I have the nonce number, the passphrase and the accountID, what do I need more? How the calculation happens?

Basically, you get 8 bytes hash which depends on the nonce number, your account id and the previous block. These 8 bytes is an integer which is divided by the network difficulty. The result is the deadline in seconds.
