hi i have a problem can not put Revard on pool.burstcoin.eu, I get the error { "ErrorDescription": "Unknown Account", "error code": 5} both buttons do not know how I should miner?
and this is what i get when i mine [ERROR 1004] Your Burst account's reward recipient (LCNC-7XFD-8E45-E6TZW) does n
ot match pool's account (7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRY)

@apan you have to put the Burst address of the pool not yours and your passphrase...

@apan witch version of the AIO Wallet are you running (see in the about tab)?

@apan Goto https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125/rewardassignment.html , skip the first two fields, put your passphrase in the third, and BURST-7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRY in the last field, then click on submit. You should 5-6 lines of code back - this is the confirmation of the Reward Assignment.
Then in the AIO client, click start mining, then in the dropdown where the pools are listed, manually enter pool.burstcoin.eu , then start mining with one of the options.
For the first four rounds you'll get "does not match pool" errors, then your DL's will start being submitted and counted.

I tested them and get the same error, I use the burst Client for Windows 0.3.2
its new accont becuse my old accont was hacked and my old was no problem to start mining whit but this is realy pain in the ******** whit the new accont

@haitch i still get same error even ur way i dont get 5-6 linecode back i get {"errorDescription":"Unknown account","errorCode":5} i dont now what wrong i do becouse i have done this before whit no problem .

@apan I suspect you're not copying and pasting your pass phrase cleanly. If there is an extra space anywhere, or a newline character - it's a completely different pass phrase. Your account has a public key and should allow you to set the reward without issue - really check what you're copying into the passphrase field.

Quite sure a account needs to be activated, before reward assignment can be done.
Fund your account with a few burst from e.g. faucet.burst-team.us and make a outgoing transaction.
After that (wait until 1 confirm) your account will be known.

@luxe He has a balance and had done an assign name, so public key existed.

@haitch i have the same problem yesterday, check your name into the down right list...it must be there...sometimes you click more than once and skips when you get the lines that the other says. Check for your name in the pool

I have the same problem. I assume it might be related with Changing the Reward Assigment costing some Burstcoin and the wallet has coins. However when I repeatably tried Fauncets, they fail as well "Sorry, faucet could not access wallet in order to send your BURST. Please try again later."
Anyone any ideas how to resolve this?

@haitch thank you for the offer! Fauncets work for the first wallet, but didn't for my second wallet. Might this be due to the second wallet only beeing 92% in sync yet?

@TheTiny The faucets track IP address the request comes from, the time limit between getting funding is per Burst address AND per IP.

@haitch Ah! Ok! Thats probably the reason. Although that still doesn't explain why I failed so many time with Fauncets before. Anyway... Now it works!

If y'all can help that would make me happy I've been trying to mine for about a week now....
