Max Length of Burst-Messages?

Hey there,
Yesterday I tried to send some Bursts with a longer Message (~ 50 Words) via the App, but that Transaction hadn´t been processed. So concerning sending Messages via Burst:
1.) What is the max. length of Messages?
2.) Are there any restrictions about special characters?Greetings

- I believe it's 1,000 characters
- Not that I'm aware of.
