trying to join a pool

hello,
i'm trying to join a pool but i keep getting awardreassignment did not succeed error
i'm put my wallet in the first section BURST-AYQV-T7HU-V5WM-28H8Q
then i put the wallet of the pool in the 2nd section (burst4all pool)am i missing something important?

any idea why the pool mning option would be greyed out? tried restarting the pc.

@zac123 pool mining is grayed out on mine also. how did you get around that? thanks.

i think i restarted, walked away from the machine, had some peanut butter toast, came back and it worked. peanut butter sorts everything.
think it just needed time. 16 minutes i think
