RE: Trying to get back in shape.
Burst is different than most Altcoins in that the wallet funds are held in the blockchain with your PRIVATE 12 worded passcode. The wallet is local and the blockchain is protect by all the other wallets on the same chain. Your funds safe inside your coded password.
Your funds are safe with any wallet you used as they are in the blockchain. All of us in this community have upgaded from Burst 1.2.3. to Qbundle without any problems of loosing our funds. Keep your 1.6 if you want.
Start with Version 2.5.0 the windows release. when the database is on your computer then you can use you password to access your coins. Yes ther are also other online wallets to use but what you want is the local wallet with your local database.

RE: BRS Wallet 2.2.3 on github available
Don't know if it is worth to upgrade right now if what you have is working. Nothing significant about 2.2.3 so don't bother with the upgrade

RE: C-Cex

Has anyone tried withdrawing burst successfully?
Has anyone withdrew BTC succesfully?
I dont use bittrex and polo anymore so other good choices are?
