Yea I am getting the same issues as well. I was able to logon using https://wallet.burst-team.us:8126/index.html but not through my desktop wallet.

@Zeus Based off level information I think the chat levels are being added wrong. Take mine for example. My chat messages are 2361. So using your calculations,
base * sqrt(amount) / 100 = Attr Level and the The base for the chat is 10. I can now input the following

base for chat 10 * SQRT(2361)48.590 / 100 = Attr Level 4.85 after looking at my curent chat level it is level 2.

Did I mess up on my calculations? or is the chat level wrong?
